Physical Therapy for Elbow & Wrist Pain

About elbow & wrist pain
Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a painful condition that occurs when tendons in your elbow are overloaded, usually by repetetive motions of the wrist and arm. Despite the name, athletes aren't the only patients who develop tennis elbow. People whose jobs require the types of motions that can lead to tennis elbow include painters, mail carriers, desk work and all manual labor jobs. Pain usually occurs where the tendons of your forearms muscles attach to outside of elbow and pain can spread down to forearm and wrist. With proper diagnosis and care you can get relief and resolution of symptoms.
